Are Pets Allowed?
Pets under 30 pounds are allowed for an additional Pet Fee. Contact FYI Management at FYICapital@Gmail.com for details and provide certification of spayed/neuter. Restrictions may apply.
How do I pay my Rent?
Rent can be paid through the following: Direct Deposit at any CHASE Bank to FYI Group LLC, via ZELLE to FYICapital@Gmail.com, with Cashier's check or Money Order by mail to FYI Group LLC at P.O. Box 1709, Covina, CA 91722. Contact us for any other payment questions.
Can I pay with Zelle?
Yes. Rents can be paid via Zelle to FYICapital@Gmail.com. Remember to note your name and apartment number.
How Do I Request Repairs?

Does Assigned Parking Cost Extra?
No. Apartments that have garages, covered parking, or assigned parking are at no additional charge.
Are the Apartments Furnished/Come with Furnature?
All apartments come with a range oven. Tenants are responsible for their own refrigerators and any other furniture. New residences are responsible to purchase and move in their own appliances and furniture.
Are Government Vouchers and Housing Assistance Accepted?
Yes. We accept all types of Government Housing Assistance. For more information, contact our team at FYICapital@Gmail.com.
How do I Apply using my Government Voucher?
Provide the contact information of a case worker or send in certification/proof of assistance to our team member at FYICapital@Gmail.com.
