Are Pets Allowed?

Pets under 30 pounds are allowed for an additional Pet Fee. Contact FYI Management at for details and provide certification of spayed/neuter.  Restrictions may apply.

How do I pay my Rent?

Rent can be paid through the following: Direct Deposit at any CHASE Bank to FYI Group LLC, via ZELLE to, with Cashier's check or Money Order by mail to FYI Group LLC at P.O. Box 1709, Covina, CA 91722. Contact us for any other payment questions.

Can I pay with Zelle?

Yes. Rents can be paid via Zelle to Remember to note your name and apartment number.

How Do I Request Repairs?

Does Assigned Parking Cost Extra?

No. Apartments that have garages, covered parking, or assigned parking are at no additional charge.

Are the Apartments Furnished/Come with Furnature?

All apartments come with a range oven. Tenants are responsible for their own refrigerators and any other furniture. New residences are responsible to purchase and move in their own appliances and furniture.
